Orders placed with GadgetsBuy are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. When you order from GadgetsBuy, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All illustrations on this website have been replicated to represent our items as precisely as possible. Please keep in mind that designs may differ slightly from those shown owing to typical design and production variations.

In an effort to provide accurate information, GadgetsBuy makes every effort to ensure that any third-party information provided is up-to-date and accurate, however, we cannot be held liable for products offered by third parties. When we are made aware of any inaccuracies or omissions, we will correct them as soon as possible.

As a result of participating or not participating in the offers, whether under affiliate or otherwise, or using the information, services, or merchandise provided on our websites, GadgetsBuy is not responsible for damages or losses. In addition, the User acknowledges that GadgetsBuy has no control over the contents of advertisements and third-party websites, nor is it liable for their accuracy or any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. 

Purchasing Products through Our Website

When you purchase products from our website, shipping charges will be determined during the checkout process after you select your desired delivery option.

We make every attempt to provide accurate pricing and availability information on all of the items we provide; but, despite our best efforts, a tiny percentage of products in our catalog may be mispriced or have incorrect stock availability information. As part of our acceptance method, we evaluate pricing and will notify you if a product's exact price is greater than the price listed in your order, so you may decide whether or not to buy the goods at the correct price.

We have the right to modify the pricing of any goods at any moment before you place an order. If the products you ordered are not in stock, we may notify you through email, at which point you may cancel your order. We make every effort to accurately determine when items will be dispatched and/or delivered; however, these statistics are based on several factors over which we have no control; as a result, time for dispatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should only be considered as rough estimates.

Cancellation is your right

You can cancel your order with GadgetsBuy, Inc. anytime before your order is shipped. Please note, that cancellation requests outside of our business hours will be handled on the next business day. However, your order may have shipped and we will be unable to cancel.

It would be best if you informed GadgetsBuy in writing, by using our contact form. If your order is in transit or you have already taken receipt of it, then you will be unable to cancel this order.

You have the option to cancel your purchase with GadgetsBuy, Inc. at any time before it is dispatched. Please keep in mind that cancellation requests made outside of our office hours will be reviewed the next business day. However, your product may have already been delivered, in which case we will be unable to cancel it. You must notify GadgetsBuy in writing using our contact form. If your order is in transit or you have already received it, you will be unable to cancel it.

Compatible Accessories & Devices:

There are many devices and accessories that we sell on our website that are made by local brands and generic accessories are compatible with many top-selling brands like Huawei, Google, Apple, Samsung, etc. which doesn't mean the products made by those top-selling brands are just compatible with these brands. That is the reason these are compatible devices that are made up to the market standard and are less expensive than those branded items. 
For example: Soundscore by Anker P20i True Wireless Earbuds these earbuds are compatible with all major phone models like Samsung, Apple, Sony etc, etc. 

Shipments that were delayed/lost

If you have not received your purchase within 30 working days of shipment (excluding Sundays), you must notify GadgetsBuy Customer Service immediately. GadgetsBuy shall not be held liable or able to take action if the shipping address supplied at the time of purchase is wrong. GadgetsBuy will be unable to take action if you do not report your order as missing/not received within the 30-day timeframe. Please keep in mind that GadgetsBuy will need to wait 20 days before tracing, replacing, or refunding missing products.

Returns Policy

Please keep in mind that it is your obligation to inform us of any changes to your payment information, such as if you no longer have that account. Credit card refunds are provided to the same credit card used for the initial purchase*. It may take up to 30 days to process a refund.

Please be aware that any return that is not followed by the returns form will be kept by GadgetsBuy for 10 days while the filled form is returned. Items that have not been retrieved by you within this time period will be discarded and the return will be completed without action. These agreements have no bearing on your statutory rights.

Warranties provided by manufacturers

After 30 days, damaged products that are still covered by the manufacturer's guarantee must be returned to the manufacturer for repair and replacement. Please save your original package in order to obtain manufacturer information.

Refurbishment Terms

Seller refurbished Airpods/Earbuds/AirPods are those where the seller has replaced some under-performing parts with the best available Grade A OEM aftermarket parts to ensure optimum performance. Because few parts have been replaced their model/serial numbers no longer exist and remain valid to be tracked by the manufacturer at any time.

The performance of these items is up to the mark, however, we still can expect some difference with a couple of items in a batch compared to the Brand New Airpods/Earbuds. Considering the price difference between Manufacturer Refurbished and Seller Refurbished, these differences are minors.

With new software updates in the case in the future if these Air pods/Earbuds/EarPods are not verified by the particular brand/manufacturer due to their changing brand policies, the company would not be responsible for any such connectivity issues. 

By displaying this information in our Terms & Conditions section we aim that these items cannot be reported for a refund after the warranty time period as per the consumer law or any other related law and nobody can challenge us. By placing the order our customers show their consent and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

We're always available to issue a refund and send replacements within the warranty period as mentioned in Company's T&C as well as on the product page. For example, any functionality or performance issue. Anything besides the aforementioned issues will not me facilitated.

We strive to provide the best services to our valued customers keeping the Terms & Conditions in mind. We again confirm that these are seller-refurbished Airpods/EarPods/AirBuds and we don't provide a Manufacturer's warranty on them or the parts used in refurbishment.

Policy for failed deliveries

Parcels labelled 'Failed Delivery' are occasionally returned to GadgetsBuy between 5-15 days of shipping from our warehouse.

The following are the reasons given:

  • The addressee has left.
  • There is no response.
  • Incomplete Address
  • Inaccessible Address
  • The addressee is unknown.
  • Refused
  • Not required

If any of the reasons outlined apply to your purchase, you will be notified by email of the unsuccessful delivery attempt and, if necessary, a request for delivery address data or clarification of delivery details that you initially gave when making your order will be made.

  • You will be invoiced for the re-delivery, and your purchase will be shipped within 48 – 72 hours after notification unless GadgetsBuy receives other instructions.
  • The cost of re-delivery will be charged to you, and your purchase will be delivered after the delivery address data have been confirmed.
  • GadgetsBuy will not take any action until you provide fresh instructions. If you have not informed GadgetsBuy within 30 days after the original shipment date, your order will be discarded and a recycling charge will be applied to your account.

Note:

  • If the delivery address has to be changed, contact the Customer Service Team within 48 hours through email or our contact form.
  • Re-delivery will be charged at the rate specified when the order was submitted for the initial delivery service.
  • We will return the shipment to you if you refuse to accept the shipment or refuse to pay any import duty or taxes, and will deduct a returns charge of up to £25 and an administrative charge of £5.00 (or equivalent currency based on the current exchange rate) from your final refund.

Recycling fees will be applied to the product(s) that must be recycled.

Offers/Coupon Codes

  • Discount coupons are only applicable online and must be placed into the shopping cart to receive the discount.
  • Discounted Codes cannot be used with other promotional codes.

Contract Formation Online

You agree to these Terms and Conditions and make an offer to acquire products from GadgetsBuy by having completed the electronic order form. Our acceptance of your submission will not be deemed final until we send the dispatch email confirmation or the products you requested are effectively delivered, whichever occurs first. If your purchase is denied before we acknowledge your offer and collect a payment, a partial refund will be issued promptly. Any items on the same order that have not been verified by us in the dispatch verification email or SMS and have not been sent to you do not form part of the contractual contract between you and GadgetsBuy.

Falsehood

GadgetsBuy will not allow any fraudulent attempts to get items. Any fraudulent behaviour will be submitted to the relevant authorities. When placing a purchase online, Internet host IP addresses are logged.

Age

Any orders placed by people under the age of 18 must have the agreement of a parent or caretaker. Any information provided by the kid must be with the permission of a parent or caregiver. When a minor orders, the cardholder must be present to provide information.
