We want to make things right if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. It is common for products to need to be returned from time to time. We can assist you with any issue you are having with your item, whether it is malfunctioning, broken, or no longer required. Understandably, our clients have a 30-day return policy.

What are customers supposed to do?

To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must match the following criteria:

  • The item must have been acquired within the past three calendar days.
  • The item must be brand new and still in its original packaging.
  • The item must be brand new, unopened, and still in its original packaging.
  • You must be able to offer purchasing evidence.
  • Refunds are not available on final sale products.

What happens once the eligibility period is over?

We cannot accept returns beyond 5 calendar days. If you try to return something, we will ship it to you through the mail and charge you for the postage.

Returns must be mailed within three days of the purchase date. All items returned must be unused and in their original condition.

Please email sales@gadgetsbuy.co.uk for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning an item. Following receipt of an RMA number, properly package the item in its original packing and attach your proof of purchase / the return form provided / other before mailing your return.

What are the appropriate circumstances for returning products?

Your item must be returned in the same condition and quantity that it was received in to obtain a complete refund.

Only one item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The packaging increases the item's worth and is required for us to sell it to another consumer.
  • To use your right to return an item, you must return it in its original packing. You may open the package to inspect the contents, but take care not to damage the original packaging.
  • Please do not use tape, package labels, or any other material to cover the original packaging.
  • Replacements and refunds are not valid for items that have been physically damaged.

It is the customer's duty to properly return the merchandise. This implies that the product's packaging must be safeguarded throughout transportation. If the item was not secured in the return shipping and the packing was destroyed, we have the right to levy a fee of 15 GBP.

We recommend that you utilize your local Royal Mail Post Office if you use the return label we supply. We will be unable to assist you if the shipment goes missing unless you have proof of delivery.

If the item has been used in ways other than those stated, we define it as used, which means you will only receive a portion of the sales value when you return the item. To obtain the entire amount, you must complete the same procedures as you would at a store. You may put it on but not wear it.

Please bear in mind that all sales are FINAL and non-refundable.

REFUNDS

We will execute your refund or exchange once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item. Please wait at least 1-2 weeks for your [return] or [exchange] to be processed after receiving your merchandise. Depending on your credit card issuer, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card account. We will send you an email once your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued following a thorough examination of the goods returned by the consumer. If the customer destroys the things or they are not in their original condition, they will receive a partial refund or no refund.

NOTE:  Since the courier company charges for their services, we are not liable to refund the shipping cost.

What is your restocking fee?

  • The 10% restocking fee for an unwanted item or wrong order placed.
  • Depreciation costs will also be charged on misused and broken items and in case of a refund on special requests.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive your returned item if you are returning it via mail. We will process the return and commence the compensation within 3-5 days of receiving the products. We will credit your account using the payment method you selected after your return is accepted. Please anticipate an extra 2-4 weeks for the payment to be placed into your account if you paid by debit or credit card.

When can I expect to receive my refund?
