Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday or during the weekend will be sent the next business day (Monday) Orders ordered on bank holidays will be shipped the next business day (Monday or Tuesday), but this may vary during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Can I modify my delivery address after I've placed my order?

If you need to modify the delivery address for any reason, please contact our customer service department.

Cancellations of Deliveries

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent; any undesired products must be returned to us.

You are entitled to a refund if you notify us of your choice to cancel within 30 calendar days after the delivery of the goods.

A returns slip will be sent with your order; please fill it out completely before returning any items.

In case of an error with your delivery

To guarantee that you receive the proper order, all items are examined, wrapped, and sealed before delivery.

If you need to contact us about the contents of your order, such as missing, inaccurate, or damaged items.

Can you deliver to a location other than my billing address?

Yes. If you want your items delivered to a different address than your billing address, please fill out all of the information at the checkout. If you select a billing address that differs from the delivery address, we may want additional information regarding your order. Please double-check that all contact information is correct. If our customer service staff needs to contact you for more information, they will email you first.

Please keep in mind that your billing address must match the address where your card is registered, otherwise, your payment may be declined.

What to anticipate on the day of delivery?

All packages must be signed for. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to monitor your item and an estimated delivery date.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be returned to the local depot by Royal Mail. You then have 14 days to pick up the item from your nearest Royal Mail facility. Please bring a picture ID, such as a passport or driver's license, with you when you pick up your items.

Once my order has been shipped, will I receive a notification?

We will send you an email once your order has been packed and sent. The courier firm will send you an SMS with a 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery To get an SMS, please make sure you have a cell phone number during checkout.

Shipping Timings

We provide free shipping on all of our items. We dispatch your goods by Royal Mail tracking 24. Depending on your postcode, the anticipated delivery time for this service is 24 hours. The Royal Mail delivery hours are:

  • Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHY IS DELIVERY TIME LONGER THAN EXPECTED?

This may happen if it takes us more time to restore an item, however, you will be informed through email if this is the case. If you have any more inquiries.

How much does shipping cost?

All product orders come with free delivery. If you choose next-day delivery, we have some considerations for you; please see the point below:

  1. Economy (Free Shipping): 9-10 working days
  2. Express Shipping (£0.99): 3-4 working days
  3. Express Fast (£1.99): 2-3 working days
  4. Express Recorded (£3.99): 1-2 working days
  5. Special Delivery (£7.99): Next day guaranteed

What if my order is out of stock?

Delivery will be delayed until it is restocked. Please contact our customer support staff for further information.

Can you deliver to my workplace?

If you've previously purchased from us, you can place a new order over the phone and have it delivered to your workplace. Please contact us to place your purchase. Unfortunately, if this is your first purchase from us, we can only deliver to your home location.

Do you provide weekend delivery?

Yes, Friday orders ordered before 9 p.m. will be delivered on Saturday.

If my order is shipped, will I be notified?

Once your purchase has been collected, you will get a text or email confirming the date of delivery and tracking information.

On your delivery day, you will receive a text or email with a one-hour time slot for delivery, which might be between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm.

What if I miss my delivery date?

The courier service will leave a calling card (with contact information) and return the next day. If you do not get your second delivery, your order will be returned to us. Please notify us if there is a second missed delivery attempt.

Where do you deliver in the United Kingdom?

We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes, albeit Scottish Highlands deliveries may take longer. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, although delivery times may vary.

NOTE:  Since the courier company charges for their services, we are not liable to refund the shipping cost.
